Marc Liebeskind, MD

Dr. Liebeskind graduated from Columbia University and received his MD from NYU School of Medicine, where he also previously received a JD from the NYU School of Law. 

Following medical school, Dr. Liebeskind completed an internship in internal medicine at Lenox Hill Hospital and then completed radiology training at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania, where he completed a junior fellowship in MRI.

Dr. Liebeskind was an Assistant Clinical Professor of Radiology at NYU from 2003-2009 and is now a managing partner at Park Avenue Radiologists. Dr. Liebeskind reads the full spectrum of  diagnostic imaging  modalities concentrating on PET/CT for oncologic imaging, body and musculoskeletal MRI.

Dr. Liebeskind is Board Certified by the American College of Radiology as well as a Fellow of the American College of Legal Medicine.  Dr. Liebeskind is on the Board of Trustees of the New York County Medical Society as well as a member of the Committee for Medical Ethics.   Dr. Liebeskind has published numerous articles in peer reviewed journals and is also a member of the American Rotnegen Ray Society, Radiological Society of North America.

 
 
Neil Goldberg, M.D.

Neil Goldberg, M.D. graduated from Cornell University and received his medical degree from Mt. Sinai School of Medicine.  Dr. Goldberg completed internship and residency training at Lenox Hill Hospital and is dually board certified in medicine and radiology.  He was a postdoctoral Clinical Fellow in cross-sectional imaging at Columbia University.  Dr. Goldberg has more than 18 years experience in private practice medical imaging, joining Park Avenue Radiologists in 2007.  He is President of Atlantic Imaging of New York, PC, a diagnostic imaging network of more than 125 radiological practices throughout New York State. 

 
 
Marc Liebeskind, MD

Dr. Amy Liebeskind graduated magna cum laude from the University of California and went on to receive an MA in art history from Columbia University, New York.She received her MD from Yale University School of Medicine.

Following medical school, Dr. Liebeskind completed her internship at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania followed by a Radiology Residency at Lenox Hill Hospital, where she was Chief Resident, and a Musculoskeletal Radiology Fellowship at Maimonides Medical Center, Brooklyn, NY.

Dr. Liebeskind held the position of Assistant Clinical Professor of Radiology at Columbia University Medical Center, NY from 2006-2007. She then went on to hold the position of Attending Radiologist at Maimonides Medical Center, Brooklyn, NY where she focused on Musculoskeletal and Body Imaging, and at Franklin and Seidelmann Subspecialty Radiology where she focused on Musculoskeletal MRI.

Dr. Liebeskind is Board Certified by the American Board of Radiology and is also a member of the American Roentgen Ray Society, Radiological Society of North America, Americares-Global Medical Advisors Board and the New York Roentgen Society. She has published numerous articles in peer reviewed journals and presented papers at national radiology meetings.

 
Paul Rolen MD
Paul B. Rolen, M.D. is a board certified radiologist, earning both a Certificate of Added Qualification and Senior Membership in the American Society of Neuroradiology.  A graduate of Indiana University School of Medicine, Dr. Rolen completed residency training at Mt. Sinai Medical Center and fellowship training in Neuroradiology and MRI at Yale University.  Dr. Rolen has additional graduate degrees, including a Masters Degree in Neurobiology.  Prior to joining Park Avenue Radiologists in 2007, Dr. Rolen had extensive experience in private practice radiology throughout the tri-state area.  He has also taught and held academic positions in neuroradiology at numerous hospitals and universities, including Yale, Mt. Sinai Medical Center, St. Luke’s-Roosevelt Hospital Center, and Purdue University.  Dr. Rolen has published and spoken extensively on a wide range of neuroradiology subjects, and he has broad research experience in the discipline.
 
 
Zeva Herman, M.D.

Dr. Zeva Herman is a graduate of the Sophie Davis School of Biomedical Education, a 6 yr accelerated BS-MD program at CCNY. She received her MD from Mount Sinai School of Medicine.

Following Medical School, Dr. Herman completed a Medical Internship and Radiology Residency at Lenox Hill Hospital, where she was Chief Resident.  She completed a year of Fellowship training at  Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center.

Dr. Herman held the position of Assistant Clinical Professor of Radiology at Mount Sinai Hospital from 2000-2004 and has been in private practice in NYC where she specializes in breast imaging and interventional breast procedures.

Dr. Herman is Board Certified by the American Board of Radiology.  She is a member, and Past President of The NY Breast Imaging Society.  She is a member of the Metropolitan Breast Cancer Group, The American Roentgen Ray Society, Radiologic Society of North America, and the NY Roentgen Society.  Dr. Herman has published and spoken on various breast imaging topics.

 
 
Albert Messina, MD

Albert V. Messina, M.D. has been a board certified radiologist since 1973. After obtaining his medical degree from Downstate Medical Center in New York he completed his internship at the Queens Medical Center in Honolulu , Hawaii . In 1969 Dr. Messina began his residency in radiology at the New York Hospital-Cornell University Medical Center followed by fellowship in neuroradiology. From 1972-1973, he was an assistant professor of radiology at The New York Hospital Cornell Medical University Medical Center and at Memorial-Sloan Kettering Cancer Center. From 1978-1987 Dr Messina was the Director of the Department of Radiology at St Francis Hospital on Long Island and during the 1980s was an associate director at Beth Israel Medical Center-North (Doctor's Hospital) and the New York Eye & Ear Infirmary. Dr. Messina has written extensively on many areas of radiology and has been published in numerous peer-reviewed publications. Dr. Messina is one of the founding partners of Park Avenue Radiologists, PC and was a pioneer in bringing MRI and CT Imaging into private medical practice in the New York area.
